It's 2025!

It's time to take up from your 25 year slumber of blunders.

You are a creator. Now get up and CREATE.

Create a new and improved city and government and public services delivery model of the future that is more efficient, more effective, more sustainable and designed from the ground up, using the latest tools and technologies and training and talent to create a better world, by leading the people who work in public services, in nonprofit sectors, in NGO's, volunteer networks, public health and safety and education and social services and all the visionary and purpose driven leadership and program and project management systems that constantly KAIZEN and improve each and every day, week, month and year.

The public services delivery models of the future are well aligned with the real and changing needs and necessities of the public domain, to live, love, learn and listen to inspirational, empowering, uplifting and naturally aligned principles of human creativity, to 'serve and protect' the people and the planet and the children and elderly and everyone else in between, such that we can all look back in life and see that we live in FREEDOM and in the land of the 'strong and free' in spirit and in creativity and in resilience to always rise up to any challenge.

Show humanity and our children what it means to live in a FREE and FRIENDLY and FOUNDATIONALLY sound nation and city, that is 100% committed to always putting the needs of others first and to see the honour and duty of care from all those in the public services sector, to always:

"Do unto others as you would like done to you - if you were in their shoes"

"Put the needs of others first"

"Show initiative and courage and valour and virtues"

Welcome to the Q2 public services pledge and program for next gen leaders, innovators, intrapreneurial creators of new programs of the future, and the new and improved and retooled and retrained and reenergized and restructured and reorganized and redirected and reformated and regrouped public services delivery models of the future program.

The Timeline of Transformation:

2050: Complete Reinvention

Every single thing will be re-invented. Everything. That is the opportunity of a lifetime, to create new and improved products, public services and private services, new and better programs, projects and processes that are simpler, streamlined and sustainable in how they are designed, delivered and de-bureaucratized.

2030: 50% Transformation

50% of municipal and regional and provincial and federal programs and departments and agencies and institutions and public health and safety and services departments, will be re-invented and re-structured. Many, if not most, will simply SHIFT jobs from one department and agency and institution, into one another and into brand new, built from scratch operating systems and services delivery models that leverage the latest, greatest, safest and most efficient services delivery models that are 10 times more efficient, more FUNCTIONAL and outcomes driven.

Community Services Revolution

Community services delivery models will become streamlined and supported by a Regional Services Delivery Operations Centre that pools people and resources from a wide area to better allocate the right skills and talent pools to projects and programs and people and public places and to the pupils in schools that request services and resources.

FLEX WORKPLACES will mean that public services will allow ANYONE to 'serve their communities' by tapping into resources and to build cities of the future and be led by visionary leaders and project plans that are OPEN SOURCED to anyone who wants to help build it.

Universal basic income modeled "BUFFER" funds, for those who do not have rainy day funds or above average resources, will make sure NOBODY IS LEFT BEHIND.

"We are in this together" means that we are all in this world together, in this community together and 'together, we are stronger than divided' and when 'service to others' replaces 'service to self' interests, anything is possible.

The Call to Service

For those who have ears to hear the call to service, eyes to see the vision of what is possible and the heart 'to love one another, and ourselves', and to 'Do for others as we would like done, ourselves', then we can start by looking at ourselves and asking the 10 most important 2 letter words that sparks and ignites the light of all conscious beings and conscious-driven leaders in caring communities like ours:

"IF IT IS TO BE, IT IS UP TO ME"

The Questions That Matter:

  • What will YOU do today, to make the world a better place?
  • What will WE do tomorrow, to WANT to be the change we all WANT to see in the world?
  • What will our agency, department, institution, hospital, school, city and public health, safety and services and community services and public services team members be willing to do, be and be willing to change, to BE the change our children want to see in their communities and schools and cities?

The Choice Before Us

Every single job, workplace, city and community will have a choice to make collectively and as individuals. Do we WANT to make a better world for our children and their future, or do we want to protect 'status quo is safe and slow and all we know' fear-based ignorance of what is happening around us and around the world, hoping it will go away on its own and things will 'go back to normal'?

Ignorance is believing that coasting, ignoring and turning a blind eye to the state of the planet and the state of the public health and wellbeing, is working and that all governmental and municipal operations are working and efficient and that 'we never make mistakes' and 'we are green and solving climate as-is' and that we need to maintain status quo at ALL COSTS, even if it means increasing taxes each year as cities go 'bankrupt' or over budget over and over again.

The definition of insanity, according to Albert Einstein and other bureaucratic psychology, is "doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results."
